Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/2c honey
- 1/4c red wine vinegar
- 1 tbs wholegrain mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbs paprika
- 1 tbs fresh oregano
- 1 tbs sesame seeds
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1/4c slivered almonds
- 2 bunches broccolini
- 1 tbs thick soya sauce
Directions
- Cut slashes into the drumstick. Combine honey, vinegar, mustard, garlic, paprika, oregano, sesame seeds in bowl. Toss in chicken. Place in fridge to marinate for 4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 200C. Place chicken in oven and cook for 45 minutes.
- Toast almonds and remove. Add broccolini and cook for 2 minutes, add soya sauce, cook for another 1 minute.
- Serve with rice.
