Scones

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 1 tbs caster sugar
  • 300ml cream
  • 1/2 cup soda water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line tray with baking paper.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, 1/2 cup of cream, and soda in a large bowl. Mix to a soft dough. Kneed until smooth and then roll out and cut rounds with a cutter. Place on tray and brush with milk. Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
