Ingredients
- 2tsp yeast
- 1tsp sugar
- 1/3 cup warm water
- 1 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbs oil
- about 3 1/2 cups flour
Directions
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in 1/3 cup of water and leave for approximately 10 minutes.
- Stir rest of ingredients, minus flour in. Add one cup of flour mix. Add remaining flour a little at a time.
- Rest dough 5-10 minutes.
- Knead for 3 minutes.
- Coat dough in oil and allow to rise until doubled in size.
- Punch down dough and refridgerate or use.
