This is my Grandma’s recipe and it makes for a really delicious addition to desserts.
Ingredients
- 2 lemons, rind and juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 50g butter
- 2 eggs (beaten)
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over a low heat until the mixture simmers. Continue cooking for a few more minutes, constantly stirring. Store in the fridge.
