Ingredients
- 2.5 kg chicken wings
- .25 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbs grated ginger
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp brown or palm sugar
- 2 tbs dry sherry
- 2 tbs oil
- 1 tbs honey
- Optional: 2 tsp Chinese Five Spice
Directions
- Chicken wings: either fold into triangles or cut off wing tips and cut remaining part into 2 pieces.
- Mix all ingredients. Marinate overnight if possible.
- Pour wings and marinade into baking dish and cook at 190 for 35-40 minutes, turning occasionally, or until done.
