Beef and red wine casserole

Ingredients

  • 800g beef blade, cubed
  • 1 brown onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • 1 1/2 cups beef stock
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato pasta sauce
  • 100g pitted kalamata olives
  • 2 tsp finely grated orange rind
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1 4/ tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 1/4 cup parsely

Directions

  1. Put everything in a slow cooker except the parsely and cook until beef is tender.
