Ingredients
- 800g beef blade, cubed
- 1 brown onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 1 1/2 cups beef stock
- 1 1/2 cups tomato pasta sauce
- 100g pitted kalamata olives
- 2 tsp finely grated orange rind
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1 4/ tsp dried chilli flakes
- 1/4 cup parsely
Directions
- Put everything in a slow cooker except the parsely and cook until beef is tender.
